1. If you make a mess you clean it up, there are no maids or moms here. Throw away your cups, and Gatorade bottles.

2. No street shoes on the wrestling mats.

3. Showers are available on the 2nd floor please keep curtain inside shower so we do not flood downstairs. Make sure shower are off when done.

4. If you can not pay the season dues I will accept 1/2 payment and you can work at the building cleaning when needed.

5. If you notice anything that needs fixed or some one breaking something tell us immediately.

6. NO fighting or cussing I have little kids, and I want a clean place.

7. Respect all adults in my building, that includes coaches and parents.

8. You will and can be kicked out of the gym for any of these violations!
