PASS PROCEDURE

WRESTLING 2009

1.     You must have your pass list completed and e-mailed back to me for admittance into the Arena. Failure to complete will result in a slowed process at check-in for your team.

2.     The formula for inclusion on the pass list is based on district participants (not including alternates).

1 to 2 participants =  3 passes

3 to 4 participants =  4 passes

5 to 6 participants =  5 passes

7 to 8 participants =  6 passes

9 or more              =  8 passes

3.     The passes can be used for coaches, stats, video people, managers, bus drivers. But, everyone must be listed on the pass list to enter. If teams have more people than passes, they must purchase a ticket.

Example: Team A qualifies 3 wrestlers to the district tournament. Team A would be given 4 passes to be used  for the head coach, any assistants, stats, video people, manager, and bus driver, up to 4 people. All others would be required to buy a ticket.
