Phil Bliss Brooke owned this weight class from start to finish. Bliss's only loss coming to a Pa. Wrestler in the Brooke Classic. Bliss also went on to capture a State Title. David Babel Steubenville was up and down on my ranking all year. He had many tough fought battles with Bliss. Babel showed his heart at the OVAC Tournament with 3 OT wins (one of those were a double OT match)! Jeremy Shaw Beaver Local, and Matt Wharton Oak Glen both wrestled a great last tournament, but wished they had done better. Jason Bahmer Barnesville fought many battles for his 5th place finish and should do better next year. Casey Hughes Cameron was a little above his wrestling weight but had a great tournament. Corey Adkins John Marshall also wrestled a great tournament, and should improve next year with great work out partners in the room.
