Weigh-In Procedure


O.V.A.C. TOURNAMENT WEIGHT-IN SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURE
January 21,22,23 2010

SCHEDULE:

Thursday, January 21st

Weigh-In Starting Time: 4:00 P.M. (doors will not open until 3:00PM)


Friday, January 22nd

Weigh-in starting time 10:00 A.M.

Saturday, January 23rd

Weigh-in starting time 10:00 A.M.



PROCEDURES:

1. Wrestlers may check their weights prior to the official weigh-in.
However, the scales in the weigh-in area will be closed to participants 20 minutes before the official weigh-ins begin.

2. All teams are to report to the assigned area at the start of official weigh-ins each day.

3. No wrestler can leave the assigned area at the start of official
weigh-in each day.

4. Wrestlers will be weighted in by weight classes, starting at the 103 pound weight class.

5. Any exceptions to the above procedure will be reviewed by the OVAC Tournament committee and interpreters on an individual basis, They will then make a final decision.
