District Qualifiers: Four individuals in each weight class from each Sectional Tournament to the District Tournament at Coshocton High School.

Division II District Tournament: February 20 and 21, 2004.

Eight qualifiers from the East District and eight qualifiers from the Central District in each weight class will compete in the East District Tournament.

State Qualifiers: Four individuals in each weight class to the State Tournament at the Schottenstein Center, The Ohio State University, Columbus.
