Zack Schuller Buckeye Local yet another tremendous wrestler in the junior class claimed his third title in as many tires. Zach Pinned his way through the tournament! I look for Schuller to be up maybe one weightclass next year when he claims his fourth title. Schuller placed third in the State Tournament and I also see him challenging for a state title. What an All-Star team this Junior Class will have! The athletic Brad Brooks Harrison Central snuck into the finals with an OT win but should it was not fluke with a eight place finish at the State Tournament. Brandon McCort Bellaire showed his fellow younger teammates how to place at the OVAC Tournament with a third place finish. Jeff Pettit Cameron is one to watch next season as he finished his junior season with a second place finish at the State Tournament. Zac Pendleton  Indian Creek  fought many injuries in his career but always competed at a high level finished fifth. A surprise to me was  Zach Bowers Martins Ferry a wrestler to watch next season. Kris Bayne Steubenville Central, and  Richard Bereschik Wellsville are about even and with work over the summer should improve there placements. Keep an eye on Smith Barnesville, and Timmons Oak Glen.

Welcome to OVAeC Wrestling!

(Ohio Valley Athletic ex Coach) The purpose of this web site is to promote O.V.A.C. wrestling and the individuals that make it all possible. I don't proclaim to know everything about the
O.V.A.C.'s or wrestling, but I have coached in the O.V.A.C.'s for the past 8 years so I do have some knowledge of the sport, coaches and the wrestlers(2002).
